urgh, websites!
Okie well, I was bored out of mai mind today @ work so I was visiting hecka websites… and I came along with some gripes:
A ~ The websites with the traditional splash page *that has 10,000 webring links on it* and then the pop up windows and verdana -2 font size for everything:
There nothing wrong with the fact that these webpages use popups and use the -2 font size. The things that bug mee about SOME of them though:
1) How they use a background that will LOOK good, but use a totally uncontrasting font color that makes everything impossible to read.
2) How they only have a teeny section to write stuff in, so they end up writing stuff that doesn’t even really make sense, but sounds good.
3) A lot of these pages have the same layout… -_- not all, of course… but some.
4) Lotsa them have zero content. Iss just a section for MEE, and then a section for YOO, and then the EXIT with a guestbook and sometimes even links to other sites that look exactly the same =P
I mean I’m not hatin on all of these sits… a lot of them are koo… but some of them are just pointless and repetitive. ^_^

B ~ The typical Asian Pryde websites. What bugs mee about these:
1) Hey look! Also zero content! At least most of them. Most of the tym they have less content than the verdana -2 pages above. For these pages, iss just a MEE, ASIAN PRYDE GRAFIX, LINKS, GUESTBOOK, and sometimes maybe even a section for lyrics or something.
2) The colors that don’t match… I mean really, anyone knows. I sound so mean, but iss tru, right? As long as the colors match it could look at LEAST decent.
3) How they put AP grafix in the back and use white font… really, it is IMPOSSIBLE to read… -_- OR they put so many AP grafix on the page that your computer freezes. Hehheh.

What else bugs mee about websites? The people who sign guestbooks. That really dun have to do much with websites, but when people sign guestbooks and do nothing but leave their banner and go “sup, nice page, hit up mai page when yoo have the tym”… it is so annoying! It really shows that they didn’t look @ your site @ all and all they want is hits. I have an option on mai guestbook for the question “Why are yoo here”, and yoo’d be surprised how many people answer “I just want hits on mai page”. I guess they’re being HONEST, but still… -_-
